Privacy
This page explains what happens to the details you give us on blixemgolf.co.za. We follow South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
Who we are
BliXem is a brand of Thriamvos (Pty) Ltd, a South African company. Contact us at hello@blixemgolf.co.za.
What we collect
- Your name and email address.
- Your WhatsApp or phone number, only if you choose to give it.
- Whether you'd like to pre-order, and any personalisation you're interested in.
- For bulk quotes: your company or club, what you're buying for, how many, the date you need them and any message you add.
Why we collect it
Only to tell you when BliXem is available, and to reply about pre-orders or quotes you asked for. We don't sell or rent your details to anyone, and we don't add you to other mailing lists.
Where it's kept
What you send us is saved in a Google Form and Google Sheet in our own Google account, which only we can see. Google may store it on servers outside South Africa, under its own data-protection terms.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to remove it, or until 12 months after launch if you haven't bought or replied, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time, and you can unsubscribe from any message we send. Email hello@blixemgolf.co.za. If you're unhappy with how we handled your details, you can complain to the Information Regulator (inforegulator.org.za).
